Agency Assessment Onsite Team Interview Preparation

Here are some tips to get the most out of the team interview day(s).

Who should be interviewed?

We recommend that all employees of the agency are interviewed.

If someone is out of town or remote, we can schedule a Zoom interview before the onsite dates.

We ask that owners and managers are interviewed toward the end of the interview schedule if possible.

What do you ask during the interview?

We are looking to confirm and clarify what we have found in the survey, reports, and secret shopper calls. Our main goal is to build rapport and understand your team. Below are some sample questions.

How long is each interview?

Approximately 30-45 minutes.

Where should the interviews take place?

We request that there be a private area where people can speak freely uninterrupted.

How is the schedule determined?

Due to standing meetings, we may have with other APP clients, we may have a few blackout dates during the interview days. We will alert you to the times we are not available and ask you to create a schedule for team interviews.

If there are multiple locations or people who only work on certain days, we can be flexible.

We ask the schedule be confirmed one week before we arrive and be shared with the team. There is a schedule format below you can use.

Do we see your notes from the meetings?

No, meeting notes are for my personal use. To honor confidentiality, I use them only for my personal reference.
