APP Technology Essentials & APP FAQs for Consulting Clients ONLY

This guide is to help answer your questions during setup, onboarding, and ongoing training. We are here to make your journey with us easy.

This short video will give you an overview of what you can do quickly if you are not looking for exact fixes for the items listed below.

Rule of thumb, when technology isn’t working, follow these self-help items:


  • Clear cookies and browsers (in Chrome, Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
  • Restart your computer
  • Check to see if your agency IT support/pop-up blocker is blocking anything
  • If trying to access a Google feature, are you logged into your personal Gmail account? (it may not have access and you need to use your work email-see details below)

Agency School

  1. Go to agencyperformancepartners.com, on the top right, 3rd or 4th from the right, click “Log Into Agency School”

2. Once Logged in, you will see all of the courses you have access to. For Agency Assessments, look for: 

                

  • Agency Assessment Leadership Guide

  • Agency Retention, look for Agency Retention 2.0 Pack online

  • Agency Efficiency, find approx Time Management/Agency Efficiency

  • For Sales, look for Agency Growth 2.0 Pack online. See this video for details:

Resetting Password in Agency School

To reset your password, you can do it through Agency School using your email address as your username and select “Forget Password” or you can email your Client Concierge: therese@agencyperformancepartners.com, shey@agencyperformancepartners.com, or liz@agencyperformancepartners.com.


Completing Your Quiz Homework for Lessons in Efficiency, Retention, Growth, & Wow Customer Service Training Programs

We do monitor and report when quizzes are completed before the lesson with the consultant. To get credit for completing the lesson, you must complete the quiz:


  1. Go to agencyperformancepartners.com, on the top right 3rd or 4th from the right, click “Log Into Agency School”



  2.  Go to the course you need to take this week (we do not recommend working ahead):

    1. Watch the Video
    2. Click “Take the Quiz”
    3. Complete the Quiz
    4. Click Complete and Continue

Google Drive Folders and Documents (Mainly for Leaders)

We may grant you access to a Google Drive folder depending on your role in the agency, we do not grant “anyone with link access”. We add work email addresses to documents that pertain to your role.  If your system is logged into your Gmail it may try to log in with that, it won’t work. Try logging out of your Gmail and into your work email:

Zoom

Zoom has 3 ways to use it: Browser, Zoom App, and the Mobile Zoom App. If you are struggling, our best advice is to clear cookies and restart. You may need to update your Zoom software as well. Here’s how: 


  1. Open the Zoom desktop application and log in
  2. Click your profile picture to open the Profile menu
  3. Select "Check for Updates"
  4. If a newer version is available, it will be downloaded
  5. To install the new version, click Update
  6. You may need to restart your computer after installation

Email Tracker for Agency Efficiency Clients

This is housed in Google Drive and will follow many of the same rules as the Google Drive Folder access. You may want to house this on your agency’s Google Drive for a better experience. If so, please just let your Client Concierge know.
