Management System Review

For management systems where we have a course and guide the team works with leadership on how to use the agency's system with the program.

* We will break the team into 3 groups and have them make sample renewal calls together. We recommend keeping the same departments together. 

Onsite Meeting Tips

  • Make sure to test the technology in advance, we will be bringing our laptop and adapter. We recommend there be a projector and screen/TV
  • Make sure the team knows to get there for 8:45 am to get in and settled
  • Everyone should turn off their email and other distractions
