* We will break the team into 3 groups and have them make sample renewal calls together. We recommend keeping the same departments together.
Onsite Meeting Tips
- Make sure to test the technology in advance. We will be bringing our laptop and adapter. We recommend there be a projector and screen/TV.
- Make sure the team knows to get there for 8:45 a.m. to get in and settled.
- Everyone should turn off their email and other distractions.
