* We will break the team into 3 groups and have them make sample renewal calls together. We recommend keeping the same departments together.
Virtual Meeting Tips
- Make sure to test the meeting technology in advance.
- Have everyone on camera either via smart phone, web cam or computer.
- We want to keep people off of mute so everyone can participate.
- Everyone should turn off their email and other distractions.
- If meeting together in a conference room, sound can be an issue, so make sure the conference calling sound is functional.
