Client Google Drive Document Access Request

Access Request Guidelines

  1. Company Email Requirement Clients must use their official company email address at all times when submitting access requests. Requests from personal email addresses will generally not be approved. Use of personal email may be evaluated and allowed only on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.
  2. Main Contact Notification The Main Contact (Owner or Decision Maker) must be notified whenever any other member of the client’s team submits an access request. Verification with the main contact is required before granting access.
  3. Personal Email Access If a request is submitted using a personal email address, reply with the following snippet: “Gdrive Document Access”

    "Hi [Client Name]


    For both your security and ours, we're unable to share the requested documents with your personal email. The good news is that you can access them through your company email once a request is made.

  4. Additional Verification For added assurance, you may reach out to the Performance Partner for another set of verifications.
