As we continue to grow, we want our processes to become more organized and standardized. With Kelly leading the way, we’ve begun scoring call recordings using clearly defined criteria to ensure we consistently cover all required discussion points when engaging with clients.
Our immediate priority, however, is the Data Check-In meeting between specialists and their clients 7 months prior their renewal date.
As our client base grows, ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions is more important than ever. Standardizing meeting evaluations allows us to hold team members accountable, provide focused coaching, and ensure that every client receives the same high value experience.
By implementing a structured call scoring frameworkrk we create a scalable process that supports performance, drives continuous improvement, and sets a strong foundation for future growth and increase retention.
