How to's
- Log In to Databox
- Go to Switch Client
- Select "Kelly Donahue-Piro"
You would need to select which System they are using.
- (Please use the search tab for easier: Use the name of the System)
- TAM
- EPIC
- AMS360
- EZLYNX
- NEXSURE
- HAWKSOFT
- Then after selecting the right system you can choose what report templates you would need.
- Hower your mouse on which Template you need to use
- Then Select Use Template
- Slect Data Source
- Then Select Data Source (Type in the name of the report (and if) not available
- Then you will be routed to the data board then click on More; Select Copy to Client Account
- Then it will be on the Client's account
- Go to Client's account then should accept and need to select source
