How to copy a Databox management system template to a new client

• Log In to Databox
• Go to Switch Client
• Select "Kelly Donahue-Piro"

You would need to select which System they are using.

• (Please use the search tab for easier: Use the name of the System)
  • TAM
  • EPIC
  • AMS360
  • EZLYNX
  • NEXSURE
  • HAWKSOFT
• Then after selecting the right system you can choose what report templates you would need.
• Hower your mouse on which Template you need to use
• Then Select Use Template
• Slect Data Source
   
  
• Then Select Data Source (Type in the name of the report (and if) not available 
  
  
• Then you will be routed to the data board then click on More; Select Copy to Client Account
  
• Then it will be on the Client's account
• Go to Client's account then should accept and need to select source
