🛠️ How to Update the Associated Labels in HubSpot

âś… Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to HubSpot
    Go to https://app.hubspot.com and log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Agency Company Record

    • On the main dashboard, click “Contacts” in the top menu.

    • Go to the “Contacts” Section Within the Company
    • Scroll down or navigate to the Contacts card or section.

    • This shows a list of all contacts associated with the company.

      Select the Contact to Be Updated

      • Find the name of the member/contact whose association labels need to be edited.

      • Hover over or click on their name.

  3. Click “More” (•••) Next to Their Name

     

  4. Choose “Edit Association Labels”

    • In the dropdown menu, select “Edit association labels”.

  5. Select the Labels to Add
