Monitoring Client Engagement

We are now using Bitly as a partner to observe customer interactions with their data dashboards

Here are the steps for how this process works:

  • Once the Initial Data Report Dashboards have been set up, the Reporting Manager must create a Bitly link, attach it to the Schedule Overview Document, and simultaneously add a note to the client's company profile in HubSpot.

  • The Reporting Specialist must then use this Bitly link in our Active Weekly Reporting: Data Delivery Template (Email).

  • Strictly, Bitly links are exclusive to clients. This ensures we can track usage for more accurate metrics on their engagement with the data.

  • Databox links are available on their site once logged in, and they are also accessible via HubSpot.

  • We will also create a Databoard for each link to display the relevant metrics to the client.

  • If the Specialist needs real-time data or an update on the Bitly metrics, they must reach out and request it to the Reporting Manager.

  • The Reporting Manager will send these metrics to the Specialist, who must then update the relevant records monthly.

This is a proactive approach to boost client retention by sparking their interest in monitoring their metrics and demonstrating their commitment to improving their company's performance.
