• Date Range: Last 7 days

Overdue Activity Report (Timestamp: 10:20)

• Navigation: Activities > My Quick List > Activities by Reminder Date

• Date Range: 2013 up to today

New Business Report (Timestamp: 17:24)

• Navigation: Reporting > Advanced Reports > Book of Business > New Business Report

• Date Range: Previous month

  • Example: From 08/01/2025 to 08/31/2025

Cancellation Report (Timestamp: 39:48)

• Steps:

  1. In the Search Box, type Cancellation

  2. Click Advanced Search

  3. Go to Policies

  4. Fill out Expiration Date

• Date Range: Previous month

  • Example: From 08/01/2025 to 08/31/2025

• Policy Status: Cancelled, Inactive

Book of Business Report (Timestamp: 44:59)

• Navigation: Reporting > Advanced Reports > Book of Business > Policy Expiration Report

• Date Range: From today up to one year ahead

  • Example: From 09/10/2025 to 09/10/2026
