To ensure the accuracy of the client’s health score and overall reporting, verify whether the client’s incentive plan is actively in use. This step should be completed whenever handling tickets under the Data Processing pipeline.

Note: Also review the Graveyard Status for existing tickets to confirm if the client has reactivated their Incentive Plan and move it to Active Weekly Status if applicable.
