Should you re-market an account before making a renewal call?
FAQ's from AppX Retention
No. We will only speak to about 40-50% of the people we call. Re-marketing before the call
takes too much effort, makes the call all about price and misses any updates the customer has
to share, thus leading to duplicate work. Re-marketing is the last tool we use after we speak to
someone about their renewal.
