AppX Retention Live
The first day of training is really fun! The team gets to meet their Performance Coach live in
person at your agency. The Performance Coach is there to earn buy in, explain the program
and help with any last minute details. We start the day with a ½ day training on the why, how
and expectations. Then the Performance Coach sits individually with each person making
calls to get them set up at their desk and have them make a few sample calls. We wrap up
the day recapping with agency leadership and booking our next meetings.
AppX Retention Virtual
The first day of virtual training is really fun! The team gets to meet their Performance
Consultant live on Zoom. The Performance Consultant is there, virtually, to earn buy in,
explain the program and help with any last minute details. We start the day with a ½ day
training on the why, how and expectations. Then the Performance Consultant meets via
Zoom either individually or in small groups to get make a few sample calls.
We wrap up the day recapping with agency leadership and booking our next meetings.
Agency Performance Pack : AppX Retention Online
We recommend, where possible, to coordinate the training as a team . This can be watching
the classes individually and grouping up to discuss or watching them together as a group.
The more fun you make it, the more the team will embrace a new strategy.
