When making renewal calls what if someone has multiple renewal dates?
FAQ's from AppX Retention
The minimal expectation is one phone call per year. However, for VIP accounts or if you see a
policy increase in price, we do recommend a second call at the discretion of the agency. In
addition, if an account manager is looking to hit a goal and sees an opportunity, a second call
is always recommended.
