Who should make renewal review calls?

Every agency has a different organizational structure. The person making calls should always
be licensed as they will be reviewing coverage. Generally, we recommend that account
managers make the calls and alert producers to VIP accounts that they need to be involved
in. Many agencies set an account premium threshold where producers should be making the
calls. Again, this is a general recommendation, and you should identify the strategy that is
best for you.
